A luxury knitwear brand in Milan is seeking a passionate Client Advisor for a fixed-term position. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in premium retail, excellent communication skills, and a client-oriented mindset. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service and maintaining client relationships. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a growing brand committed to quality and Italian craftsmanship.

Competenze

Fedeli i s looking for a passionate Client Advisor to join our corner in Rinascente Milano, for a fixed-term position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and serve the customer providing an excellent Fedeli experience
  • Deliver an exceptional and tailored service to each client, ensuring a memorable in-store experience that reflects Fedeli’s philosophy.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and CRM engagement
  • Support daily operations, including stock management, merchandising, and upkeep of store standards
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets through a strong understanding of product, storytelling, and customer needs
  • Uphold the brand's values of sustainability, inclusion, and refined Italian style in every interaction
Profile
  • 2-3 years of experience in premium or luxury retail, ideally in both menswear and womenswear
  • Strong attitude for clienteling, CRM, and delivering a personalized shopping experience
  • Passion for quality, design, and long-lasting fashion
  • Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused and team-oriented mindset
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to contribute to a growing and evolving brand environment
  • Fluent spoken English expected. Other languages desirable
