Role

This is a hybrid role for a Fashion Social Media & Sales Campaign Assistant located in Florence, Italy Metropolitan Area with some work from home acceptable. The assistant will be responsible for managing and strategizing social media campaigns, conducting research, and handling communications. Day‑to‑day tasks include organizing and executing sales campaigns, writing content, and maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders.

Main Activities
  • Creation and management of digital content for the SS26 collection (email and social media)
  • Support for the SS26 sales campaign by sending unboxing gifts to B2B customers and coordinating with the digital and social strategy
  • Participation in a fashion shoot in Florence on 06/26 for FW26 content creation
  • Travel to Milan for Woman's Fashion Week (optional, March 2026)
Period

Period: November 15 – January 15, 2026 (with Christmas break)

Compensation & Reimbursement

Reimbursement: travel expenses + freelance contract at the end of the course, possible financial contribution based exclusively on sales performance.
