Key Responsibilities
This is a versatile and hands‑on role that touches every part of the brand’s image and communication. It is a multi‑dimensional role where creativity, organization, and curiosity come together. You will be involved in every facet of the brand’s image and communication.

- Manage and grow Maison Lamoureux’s digital presence across Instagram, Threads, Pinterest, newsletters, and the website.
- Develop visual campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
- Support press and influencer collaborations, identifying and managing relationships with stylists, media, and creative partners.
- Research visual trends, analyse performance, and continuously refine our content and communication strategy.
E-Commerce & Digital Sales
- Support the management of the Maison Lamoureux e‑commerce platform, ensuring accurate, elegant presentation of products and content.
- Assist with online launches, drops, and capsule collections, optimising visibility and user experience.

- Support the organisation of trunk shows, showroom activities, and special events, capturing content during these moments for social channels.
- Collaborate with the creative director on capsule collections and limited editions for boutiques.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who combines a creative eye with strategic thinking — someone who understands the power of visual storytelling in luxury communication. You are:
- A student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communication, Fashion Business, Fashion Stylist, Visual Arts, or related fields.
- Skilled in content creation — both photo and video — and confident using social‑media management tools.
- Comfortable with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools.
- Fluent in English (Italian is a plus).
- Passionate about luxury fashion, sustainability, and Italian craftsmanship.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in an evolving creative environment.
- Looking not only for a job, but for a long‑term opportunity to grow professionally within a brand that values authenticity and artistry.
Why Join Maison Lamoureux
Maison Lamoureux is more than a brand — it is a creative ecosystem built on beauty, integrity, and collaboration.
Here, every voice matters. You will work directly with the Founder and Creative Director, gaining a first‑hand understanding of how a luxury maison communicates its vision — from atelier storytelling to social‑media narratives, red‑carpet moments, and boutique collaborations.
This position is ideal for a visual storyteller who wants to merge creativity, communication, and luxury craftsmanship into one meaningful path.
- To be part of a Maison Lamoureux, creativity must be at the heart of everything you do.
Internship Contribution & Development Plan
At Maison Lamoureux, an internship is more than a temporary experience — it’s a transformative journey that blends creativity, professionalism, and the discovery of one’s artistic voice. Our objective is to offer young talents a meaningful introduction to luxury fashion communication within a couture environment, where Italian craftsmanship meets creative innovation.
Commitment & Schedule
- Type: Full‑time internship, 40 hours per week.
- Location: On‑site at our atelier in Pietrasanta (with occasional off‑site activities/events).
- Weekly days off: Tuesday and Wednesday (once per month, the intern may swap the standard Tuesday/Wednesday rest days for Saturday/Sunday).
- Flexibility: During campaigns, events, or red carpets, schedules may shift; any overtime will be balanced with time off in lieu.
- Merit fast‑track: If the intern demonstrates outstanding skill and autonomy, the Learning & Integration phase may be shortened and the intern will move early to Practice & Creative Execution. In that case, the compensation for Phase 2 begins on the effective start date of the new phase.
Internship Objectives
Our program is designed to:
- Provide a comprehensive and inspiring professional experience for a motivated, creative, and curious individual.
- Guide the intern through a progressive development path, evolving from observation and guided learning to independent execution of creative and strategic tasks.
- Build a deep understanding of luxury communication, digital strategy, and visual storytelling across all Maison Lamoureux touchpoints.
- Develop transferable skills and an entrepreneurial mindset that encourage initiative, problem‑solving, and artistic independence.
- Immerse the intern in the Maison’s values — authenticity, craftsmanship, and timeless elegance — to understand how creativity translates into communication and brand growth.

- Phase 2 (Practice & Creative Execution): €600/month stipend.
- Merit fast‑track compensation: If the intern advances early to Phase 2, the stipend switches to €600/month from the effective start date of Phase 2.
Future Prospects

- Practical expertise in content creation (photo, video, storytelling).
- Strategic understanding of luxury communication, e‑commerce, and branding.
- Direct exposure to the inner workings of a couture atelier and its international communication network.
Our ambition is to identify a talented, passionate individual who shares our values and vision — someone eager to keep growing within the Maison and potentially evolve into a long‑term member of our creative and communication team.
To be part of Maison Lamoureux means merging artistry, curiosity, and vision — where every idea becomes a reflection of elegance and authenticity.
