Xelvin in the Netherlands seeks a Failure Analysis Engineer to investigate mechatronic and electronic equipment failures, perform root-cause analyses and author technical reports that drive product improvement. The role demands hands-on problem solving, strong analytical skills, and clear communication in English.

You'll work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions, support manufacturing and external clients, and contribute to reliability improvements on complex automation

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
• Background in semiconductor manufacturing, electronics, or complex automation systems.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to write structured, technical reports.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Proactive mindset and ownership of problems from start to finish.

Mansioni

• Diagnose and troubleshoot machinery and product failures.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on electronic, electrical, and mechatronic systems.
• Document findings in clear, detailed technical reports.
