The candidate will work within the technical operations team and collaborate directly and continuously with the customer and the various service departments.

The position involves a dynamic technical‑managerial role, with responsibility for collecting, analyzing, and managing energy data relating to the two production sites.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with the Site Supervisor, operational staff and specialist suppliers to ensure effective site operations.
  • Collect and validate energy data from various field systems and centralized platforms.
  • Monitor site energy KPIs, identify anomalies, and analyze deviations from sustainability targets.
  • Collaborate with technical departments (maintenance, operations, HSE, engineering) to direct corrective actions on inefficiencies or plant anomalies.
  • Support the customer in defining energy sustainability targets and in evaluating and implementing efficiency initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Minimum experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Proactive and team‑oriented.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Accuracy in data management and reporting.
  • Aptitude for continuous learning in a constantly evolving environment.
