Job summary

STMicroelectronics is seeking a Process & Chemical Construction professional to oversee the construction of process facilities and help define strategy for multiple projects in Italy. You will manage the end-to-end construction lifecycle from engineering handover to operations, ensuring schedule and budget adherence while coordinating with multiple teams.

Qualifications

Holds an engineering degree in Process, Chemical or Industrial Engineering.
Demonstrates ability to manage multiple projects with strategic/economic impact.
Shows pragmatism, autonomy, rigor, and leadership in industrial settings.
Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
Comfort with fieldwork on industrial sites and working with construction teams.
Professional English proficiency; industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee construction of Process facilities and contribute to defining project strategy.
Manage project follow-up from end of engineering through handover to Operations.
Monitor coordination, scheduling, and budget to meet objectives.
Support engineering to identify facility requirements and prepare technical specs and tenders.
