A leading luxury fashion brand is seeking an Operational Manager for its site in Piemonte, Italy. The role involves overseeing business operations and health and safety management. Candidates should have at least 3 years of operational management experience in a relevant field and fluent Italian and English skills. This position ensures compliance with legal security and supports the company's operational excellence strategy.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years operational management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or similar environment.
• Degree in relevant areas (environmental, sustainability, CSR, and similar).
• RSPP or ASPP experience.
• Working knowledge in health, safety and environment management systems.
• Languages: Italian and English (essential).

Mansioni

• Ensure all operational aspects are working effectively.
• Manage suppliers and technicians for operational activities.
• Be the point of contact for all H&S management enquiries.
• Support the CR team in managing existing and new partners.
• Coordinate and support all reception activities.
