The Milan office represents the heart of QuidelOrtho Italia's corporate strategy. Our Italian organization is composed of about 70 people: 30% of the staff is based in the office and covers Finance, QRC, IT, People and Culture, General Services, Sales, Administration and Tender functions; the rest of the team is located throughout the country where they work as Account Manager, Field Engineer or Laboratory Specialist, supporting customers from both commercial and technical perspectives. Italy is the most profitable market among mature countries. Ortho provides highly specialized support, ensuring the highest quality and reliability of the product and contributing daily to safeguarding the well-being of each patient.
As a Facilities and Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our office operations. You will coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks, manage office supplies, organize internal events, and ensure proper maintenance of office facilities. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining an efficient and welcoming work environment for the entire team.
