About the Role

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Export Sales Assistant based in Rozzano (MI), Italy.

The Export Sales Assistant will support the Export Sales Department in managing international customer accounts, preparing quotations, handling orders, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. The role involves daily communication with distributors and representative offices worldwide, preparing Export sales documentation and managing shipment schedules.

Responsibilities

• Support the Export Sales team in day‑to‑day activities and customer communication
• Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and order confirmations
• Coordinate with logistics, production, and finance departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Manage and update customer records and sales data in the CRM system
• Monitor shipments and follow up on deliveries and payments
• Handle customer inquiries and provide product information
• Maintain relationships with international clients and agents

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Sales Support, Export, or Customer Service role (preferably in a manufacturing or lighting company)
• Excellent written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems
• Good communication and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in an international, fast‑paced environment
• Team‑oriented and customer‑focused attitude
