Resina Partners is supporting a leading Italian manufacturer of flexible polyethylene packaging in the search for an Export Manager to develop key European markets.
A long‑established Italian group and market leader in flexible polyethylene packaging, with over 40 years of history, 2 production sites, and more than 350 employees.
The company is recognized for its commitment to sustainability, technological innovation, and people development.
You will be responsible for developing sales across selected European markets — including Germany, Switzerland, France, Belgium, and potentially Eastern Europe.
The exact markets will be defined based on your background, network, and language skills.
The role is strongly focused on new business development, with roughly two weeks of travel per month, and close collaboration with the internal sales team in Italy.
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you’ll take the lead in building new relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving the company’s international expansion.
