As a Monitoring and Control Room Operations Expert, you will join Plenitude Societa Benefit. Specifically, the team will be responsible for managing the Global Control Room, which oversees the renewable energy assets under management, including wind farms (Wind), photovoltaic (PV), and energy storage systems (BESS). Through continuous monitoring and analysis of data and KPIs, Plenitude's Global Control Room ensures the proper functioning of assets, with the aim of optimizing performance and contributing to the achievement of corporate objectives.

Key activities:

• Provide support in ensuring the management of events with priority and timeliness, with a view to maximizing the effectiveness and efficiency in fault recovery and plant performance, relating to operating renewable energy plants (photovoltaic and wind), in Italy and abroad.
• Carry out activities to verify the production status of the various plant components and the timely activation of technical teams for on-site intervention in the event of faults.
• Check the performance of the systems.
• Carry out the verification activities of opening, assigning and closing maintenance tickets by the intervention teams in the event of breakdowns and/or emergencies.
• Verify the correct functioning of the software applications in use (monitoring and control system) for the activities listed above and promptly report any malfunctions, if necessary.

Required characteristics:

• High school diploma, preferably in technical subjects.
• Minimum three years of experience, preferably in the sector.
• Basic knowledge of photovoltaic/wind technology, BESS and SCADA systems at plant level I (HW) and remote monitoring of photovoltaic/wind/BESS systems (SW) will be considered a plus.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Availability to work shifts.
