A leading industrial services company in Milan is looking for a Senior Analyst to support data collection and analysis for Expediting & Inspection providers. The ideal candidate will possess an Economic Master or Degree, deep knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, and have 3-4 years of experience in a related role. Responsibilities include preparing reports, developing KPIs, and analyzing performance. This full-time position offers a dynamic work environment within the Industrial Machinery Manufacturing and Oil and Gas sectors.

Expediting & Inspection Data & Reporting Analyst

Senior Analyst

Supports data collection, analysis, and reporting for evaluation and monitoring activities of external Expediting & Inspection providers. Prepares relevant documents and KPI analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Responsible in gathering and analyzing data to assess the performance of external Expediting & Inspection agencies.
• Prepare reports and documentation per instructions of the Responsible and guidelines of Category Managers Post Order Services and the ICT relevant Function.
• Support activities related to management of external Expediting & Inspection providers and Post Order Services activities, aligning with guidelines.
• Contribute to development of KPIs and trend analysis.
• Stay continuously updated on relevant topics to ensure effective execution of assigned responsibilities.
