What You’ll Do
Business Client Development
  • Deliver an extraordinary, best‑in‑class and personalized level of service to maximize sales and commercial opportunities in store and via outreach
  • Build and nurture a loyal client base of Very Important Customers (VICs), Super VICs & top clients
  • Initiate and execute bespoke events and experiences for your clients
Leadership & Engagement Support
  • Create a unique and elevated environment in line with the Ralph Lauren sales code
  • Act as a professional Ralph Lauren ambassador and representative to effectively network, and remain up to date with competitor activity, innovations, trends, and campaigns
  • Maintain an expert level of brand and product knowledge
Operations
  • Expert in Ralph Lauren clienteling and digital tools, store systems and procedures
  • Uphold and coach brand standards and presentation
  • Attend the buys and communicate product and client feedback to buyers and managers
Who You Are
  • Energetic, passionate, and results‑driven team player
  • Experience in a premium/luxury environment
  • Excellent communication skills with in‑depth brand and product knowledge
