The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants, strong leadership skills, and a passion for Italian cuisine. As we prepare for our imminent reopening, we are seeking an Executive Chef to join our culinary team.
As Executive Chef, you will be the creative and operational leader of the hotel's culinary vision, responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences across all restaurants, bars, and banqueting operations. You will oversee all kitchen activities, manage and inspire a talented culinary team, and ensure the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency in every dish served at San Clemente Palace Venice.
Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.
