Executive Assistant

Reports to

As identified in the STACK – Colo Organisation Chart, to CEO

Job Purpose

Acting as the company’s PA is all about seeing the big picture yet also being able to pay close attention to details and to prioritize. This position provides senior level administrative and advisory support to the CEO and plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the company’s management and agenda effectively meets strategic and business objectives, as well as STACKS core values. In tight cooperation with members of the management team, and the CEO in particular, the SEA/EA/PA is key supporting the management in achieving business growth.

Tasks
  • Support and advice CEO and management team with daily matters
  • Set and ensure that deadlines are met by monitoring of progress and follow up where necessary
  • Always maintain the office in a high standard and to ensure efficiency
  • Provide a full administrative service for management and board meetings
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents, both internal and external
  • Developing effective networks and effective communication with individuals and other organizations regarding management activities
  • Organizing meetings, booking rooms/venues, arrange hospitality
  • Carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement, layouts, and office systems
  • Participate actively in the planning and execution of companies social and team events
  • Organize travel / accommodation requirements and process travel / expense claims and invoices
