Location Overview

Join our team in Aman Venice. Set in Palazzo Papadopoli, one of the city’s eight monumental palazzos on the Grand Canal, Aman Venice embodies all that is sumptuous and sensuous about La Serenissima. The Position

The Events Coordinator is responsible for the management and coordination of all the events and will be part of the Events Team, reporting directly to the Events Manager. The candidate will have the opportunity to participate to special assignments and projects that will enhance their career development and growth.

Main Duties And Responsibilities
  • Assisting in the planning, implementation and follow up for all special events and buyout
  • Coordination of events’ logistics, including public relations, production and distribution of Event Riders
  • Supervising vendors’ activities with basic set up and dismantling of set ups of events, coordinating vendors’ activities and ensuring procedures are followed and in compliance with the property rules
  • Work closely with Events Manager to fulfill internal and external event planning committees and client groups to define event goals
  • Represent and deliver service excellence that is in line with the organization’s brand
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in the same role is preferred
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
  • Excellent team worker and oriented to details
  • Proactive with excellent communication skills and customer service experience
  • Ability to accurately work multitasking under pressure with attention to details
