Role Description

We are seeking an Event Manager to join our team on a seasonal contract. The role is on-site in Alberobello and will include:

• A full seasonal contract for the 2026 summer season.

The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering a diverse range of events at Tenuta Petrarolo Pistola – from private weddings and retreats to public cultural events and garden programming.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating with clients to design bespoke events.
• Managing event logistics, budgets, and timelines.
• Overseeing setup, operations, and teardown.
• Leading and coordinating staff and vendors on-site.
• Ensuring every event meets the estate’s standards of excellence in guest experience.

Qualifications
