A leading hospitality service provider is looking for iLUKA Hosts in Milan to deliver exceptional guest experiences during global events. As an Ambassador, you will greet guests, manage their journeys, and ensure outstanding service in diverse environments including airports and venues. The ideal candidates are fluent in Italian and English, have strong communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. This contract role spans from February 18 to February 23, 2026, offering a rewarding yet demanding opportunity.

Contract

The primary role of an iLUKA Host is to act as an Ambassador representing our Client’s brand and the delivery of exceptional and memorable hospitality experiences to all guests who join us on our global events.

Hosts can be deployed in a variety of settings and the focus of the role will vary slightly dependent upon the environment.

This is a contract role from 18th Feb to 23rd Feb 2026.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver an exceptional hospitality experience to the clients’ guests
  • Understand guest touch points and provide a friendly and welcoming meet and greet service
  • Be the first point of contact and greet guests on arrival
  • Manage and organise guest groups to ensure they are in the right place at the right time
  • Accompany guests throughout their journey and deal effectively with any issues or problems that arise to make the experience smooth and enjoyable
  • Provide information and assistance to guests at all stages of the programme
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and create an environment that is friendly, fun and guest‑focused
  • Co‑ordinate guest departures as their experience draws to a close
Specific Responsibilities whilst working in the following environments
Airport
  • Act as first point of contact for guests arriving at the airport and provide a friendly and welcoming meet and greet service
  • Act as the last point of contact for guest departures
  • Manage guest lists
  • Ensure a smooth transition through the airport and hand guests over to the transport host teams
  • Man the Hospitality Desk to check in guests to the hotel/hospitality programme and provide information and assistance relating to the local area and their specific programme
  • Enrich the overall guest experience while in the hotel
Hospitality Venue
  • Meet and greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Ensure the venue is immaculately presented
  • Provide assistance to the venue teams as needed
  • Support F&B/Lounge team on elements of F&B within the Lounge
Event /Coach
  • Provide information and assistance to guests at all points of contact, whether at the hotel, on the coach (Executive Bus/Vehicle) or at venues
  • Accompany assigned guests on a daily basis throughout their programme
  • Manage guest lists
  • Meet and greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Provide information and assistance to guests as required
  • Ensure a smooth transition to other host teams on arrival at the destination
Venue/Showcasing
  • Manage and organise the safe and efficient flow of guests through the venue
  • Manage queue and crowd issues in a safe manner
  • Provide information and assistance to guests as required

This is not an exhaustive list and all team members will be expected to contribute to any other aspects of the business, as necessary.

Skills, Knowledge, Expertise
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Experience using smartphones/tablets

  • Confidence to manage and engage with groups of people in a variety of settings
  • Ability to think on your feet and resolve problems calmly and efficiently
