Applied Materials Europe seeks a Site & Technical Facility Lead to oversee the Treviso‑ETSC campus operations, combining facilities and real estate leadership with strategic governance. You will ensure reliable, safe, and cost‑effective facility operations within a high‑tech environment, including cleanrooms and critical infrastructure.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in engineering field.
• Significant experience in Facilities Management within complex, high-tech environments.
• Experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or similar technical industries preferred.
• Experience with cleanroom operations and critical technical infrastructure.
• Proven experience managing construction, development and capital projects.
• Experience managing IFM providers and external service partners.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems, utilities, and facility operations.

Mansioni

• Act as the Facilities & Real Estate lead for the Treviso site.
• Coordinate facility-related activities, priorities, and operational strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and the IFM provider.
• Drive a governance model based on strong internal oversight and outsourced service execution.
• Support site strategy development, CAPEX planning, and long-term facility roadmaps.
• Oversee reliability of critical building systems, including MEP, HVAC, and cleanroom infrastructure.
