LivaNova, Milan, Italy, seeks an experienced ERP Specialist to manage and continuously improve SAP across Sales, Distribution, After-Sales, and Warehouse Management. You will gather requirements, translate them into SAP solutions, and coordinate cross-functional activities with business and IT teams.

The role requires 5+ years in SAP, strong MM/WM/SD knowledge, ABAP coordination, and fluent English. You will drive incident management, ensure system reliability, and contribute to Europe-wide SAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience working with SAP environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM processes.
• Experience with SAP WM.
• Knowledge of SAP SD processes and related business flows.
• Hands-on experience in SAP customizing activities.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Experience in multinational organizations or IT consulting environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and teamwork skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Manage and support the European SAP landscape across Sales, Distribution, After-Sales, and Warehouse Management processes.
• Ensure service levels through incident management and troubleshooting activities.
• Collect new business requirements and coordinate initiatives.
• Coordinate SAP-related activities and support prioritization according to business needs.
• Provide functional support to SAP users and guide them through business processes.
• Perform SAP customizing activities within SD and MM to support new functionalities.
• Gather, analyze, document, and translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement solutions and support daily operations.
• Coordinate ABAP development activities when required, aligning with business needs and standards.
• Contribute to process optimization initiatives and SAP projects across the organization.
