The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Agriculture and at least 3 years of experience in an innovative environment. Strong English skills and knowledge of plant regulations are essential. The role offers no remote work and is full-time, with travel required across Europe during the busy season.

Competenze

• Bachelors degree in Agriculture (or equivalent experience).
• 3 years experience in fast-paced innovative companies.
• Knowledge of plant varieties and/or seed/IP regulations.

Mansioni

• Get legal approvals for new crop varieties.
• Protect intellectual property for newly developed plant varieties.
• Coordinate with teams across R&D, marketing, and production.
• Manage paperwork and applications with government authorities.
• Supervise official field trials logistics.
• Support budgets for registration/protection processes.
• Stay updated on changing laws and regulations.
• Represent the company at industry meetings.
