A leading global sales organization is looking for a Sales Director to oversee sales management activities across Europe, primarily from a home office. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing customer relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in sales management and knowledge of the industrial dyes and pigments industry. Fluent English is required, with additional European languages as a plus.

• Minimum 10 years’ experience managing sales team and commercial operations.
• Fluent in writing and spoken English; other local languages an advantage.
