Valentino in Milan invites an Intern to join the Marketing Europe team. You will support retail events planning, client engagement, and budget coordination across Europe, contributing to successful launches and experiences in luxury settings.

The role involves assisting with briefs, calendars, vendor invoicing and post-event analysis, while collaborating cross-functionally with markets and stakeholders. Fluency in English and Italian, and strong Office skills, are expected.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Fashion Management, Business, Communication, Art, Design, or related fields.

Mansioni

• Support planning and execution of European retail events, including VIC events, clienteling activations, product launches and in-store experiences.
• Prepare event briefs, presentations, timelines and operational documents to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate the European retail events calendar, ensuring alignment across markets and functions.
• Assist in end-to-end organization of retail events, including venue coordination, guest management, logistics, suppliers and event materials.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders, local teams and external agencies to ensure flawless execution.
• Prepare post-event reports, recap presentations and performance tracking documents.
• Assist Client Engagement in invitations, guest lists and attendance monitoring.
• Collect and analyze event results, including client engagement and attendance KPIs.
• Support competitive analysis and research on luxury event trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with Europe Finance to ensure vendor invoicing processing and budget governance.

Valentino is looking for an Intern who will be included in the Marketing Europe Department, based in Milan, and will support the team in the following activities:

Retail Events Planning & Coordination

• Support the planning and execution of retail events across Europe, including VIC events, clienteling activations, product launches and in-store experiences;
• Assist in the preparation of event briefs, presentations, timelines and operational documents to ensure smooth project execution;
• Support the coordination of the European retail events calendar, ensuring alignment across markets and functions.

Event Execution & Operational Support

• Assist in the end-to-end organization of retail events, including venue coordination, guest management, logistics, suppliers and event materials;
• Support communication and follow-up with internal stakeholders, local teams and external agencies to ensure flawless execution;
• Contribute to the preparation of post-event reports, recap presentations and performance tracking documents.

Client Engagement & Event Performance

• Support the Client Engagement team in activities related to invitations, guest lists and event attendance monitoring;
• Assist in collecting and analyzing event results, including client engagement, attendance and other key performance indicators;
• Support competitive analysis and research on luxury event trends, client experience initiatives and best practices within the industry.

Finance and Marketing Budget Coordination

• Collaborate closely with the Europe Finance team to ensure the timely and accurate processing of external vendor invoicing, maintaining daily visibility on payment status and budget utilization. Ensure all relevant financial information is consistently shared and aligned to support the correct allocation, tracking, and governance of the regional Marketing budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Fashion Management, Business, Communication, Art, Design, Literature or related fields;
• Strong interest in luxury fashion, brand strategy, and product marketing;
• Excellent analytical skills and highest attention to detail;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint essential);
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross functionally;
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and work proactively;
• Fluent in English and Italian, third language is a strong plus;
• Appreciated previous experience in marketing & events roles.
