A leading consulting firm is seeking a Ph.D.-level Transport Sector Researcher for a part-time consultancy role. This remote position involves conducting research on EU transport policies, supporting evaluations, and drafting reports. Ideal candidates have a strong academic background and proven experience in EU transport and mobility policy. Excellent command of English is required; knowledge of additional EU languages is a plus.

• Ongoing or completed Ph.D. in relevant disciplines.
• Experience with policy evaluation and impact assessment methodologies.
• Familiarity with EU institutions and legislation.
