Novo Resourcing is partnering with a leading global investment management firm to recruit an experienced Head of Compliance/AML for Europe. Based in Milan, the role leads the European compliance function, shaping the framework and ensuring robust controls across asset management and cross‑border activities.

You will own day‑to‑day compliance and AML matters, act as MLRO, report to the Board, and manage regulatory relationships with CONSOB and Banca d'Italia, requiring fluency in English and

Competenze

• 10+ years of EU asset management compliance experience
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulation, SGRs, UCITS management companies and AIFMs
• Experience across MiFID II, DORA, AML and cross-border passporting
• Professional fluency in English/Italian
• Confidence engaging regulators, senior stakeholders and global teams
