A leading cloud services provider in Rome is seeking a talented cloud services / IT lawyer to support legal matters in EMEA. The successful candidate will draft and negotiate technology service agreements and provide legal guidance on various legal issues. Candidates must be qualified to practice law in Italy and have significant legal experience, including fluency in English and Italian. This role includes regional travel as required.

Competenze

• 7+ years of significant post-qualification legal experience.
• Previous experience in a law firm, government, or technology company.
• Professional fluency in English and Italian, written and spoken.
