A leading international engineering firm is seeking an experienced Estimation Coordinator for Maintenance & Inspection Engineering in the Milan area. You will lead bidding initiatives in the Oil & Gas industry and manage project estimation activities. The role involves both remote work and office presence in Milan. Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in the field and be proficient in English.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas and/or Power industries with maintenance and inspection engineering.
• 5+ years of project estimating and supervision experience.
• Professional English proficiency required.

Mansioni

• Lead bidding initiatives within the Maintenance and Inspection Engineering Department.

ISS International SpA is looking for an Estimation Coordinator for Maintenance & Inspection Engineering for a job in Milan area.

Activities related to multiple projects in the Oil & Gas industry and will be conducted remotely for approximately 40% of the time, with the remainder at the client's offices in Milan.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead all bidding initiatives within the Maintenance and Inspection Engineering (MIE) Department, coordinating resources and multiple operating centers during both FEED and EPC estimation phases.
• Support the MIE Department by reviewing project technical documentation to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and accurate bid estimation for bidding figures.
• Define and implement the optimal execution strategy in line with MIE Department requirements and organizational standards.
• Prepare the maintenance engineering execution plan to support accurate cost estimation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferable in Engineering Disciplines;
• At least 10 years of experience the Oil & Gas and/or Power industries with good exposure in maintenance and Inspection engineering;
• At least 5 years of experience in project estimating activities, supervision/coordination experience is mandatory;
• English professional.
