Responsibilities

1. Collect and analyze technical requirements for overseas ESS projects;
2. Communicate with clients and design ESS solutions based on client needs, prepare bidding documents;
3. Identify technical risks and resolve system issues during project implementation;
4. Maintain client relationships and explore client needs and information;
5. Collect and analyze technical requirements of the local market, transforming them into competitive product demands.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above in renewable energy, electrical engineering, power electronics, high-voltage power grid, mechanical and automation, or related fields;
2. Familiar with renewable energy power generation systems or power transformation and distribution systems;
3. Experience in microgrid energy storage system development; familiar with grid-forming PCS technology;
4. Knowledge of energy storage project development processes and requirements in overseas regions;
5. Priority given to candidates with 3+ years of experience in energy projects (storage, PV, power generation);
6. Ability to read technical specifications and papers in English; proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing;
7. Strong user needs analysis and customer relationship management skills;
8. Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, execution, and logical thinking skills.
