Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
  • Collaborate with support functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion.
  • Customer & Partner Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Conduct business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Resolve customer concerns collaboratively with support and operations teams.
  • Reporting & Forecasting:
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to leadership.
  • Track and report regional performance metrics.
  • Utilize CRM for managing sales activities and data accuracy.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:
  • Work with Solutions, Marketing, and Local hardware teams to align sales efforts.
  • Provide field feedback to influence product and service improvements.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams, setting clear KPIs and fostering a high-performance culture.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation.
  • Strong decision-making skills for complex and urgent situations.
  • Some work experience with a basic understanding of the new energy market.
  • Proficiency in English, with good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; multilingual skills are a plus.
  • Ability to accept overseas travel; candidates with overseas experience are preferred.
