Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for assigned service products.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
  • Collaborate with supporting functions to generate demand and convert leads.
  • Customer & Partner Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Conduct business reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Resolve customer concerns in collaboration with support and operations teams.
  • Reporting & Forecasting:
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership.
  • Track and report regional performance metrics such as revenue, margins, and conversion rates.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage sales activities and ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:
  • Work closely with Solutions, Marketing, and Local hardware teams to align sales efforts.
  • Provide field feedback to influence product development and service improvements.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, setting clear KPIs and monitoring performance.
  • Foster a high-performance, accountable, customer-focused culture.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation.
  • Strong decision-making skills for handling complex and urgent situations.
  • Some work experience with a basic understanding of the new energy market.
  • Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); multilingual skills are a plus.
  • Ability to accept overseas business trips; candidates with overseas experience are preferred.
