Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, collaborate with support functions to generate demand, and drive sales.
  • Customer & Partner Management: Build strong relationships with clients and partners, conduct business reviews, resolve concerns with support teams.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide sales forecasts, track performance metrics, and utilize CRM for sales activities.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with internal teams, provide field feedback, lead and mentor sales staff, and foster a high-performance culture.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation.
  • Strong decision-making skills for complex situations.
  • Some work experience and understanding of the new energy market.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel overseas; overseas work experience preferred.
