Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies; identify new business opportunities; analyze market trends; collaborate with support functions to generate demand and convert leads.
  • Customer & Partner Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and partners; conduct business reviews; resolve customer concerns with support teams.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide sales forecasts; track performance metrics; manage sales activities using CRM.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with Solutions, Marketing, and hardware teams; provide field feedback; lead and mentor sales team; set performance expectations; foster a high-performance culture.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation.
  • Strong decision-making skills to handle complex situations.
  • Some work experience and basic understanding of the new energy market.
  • Proficiency in English; multi-language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to travel overseas; candidates with overseas experience are preferred.
