The ideal candidate has a relevant degree and strong sales experience along with excellent communication skills. Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
    • Collaborate with supporting functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion.
  • Customer & Partner Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
    • Conduct business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
    • Resolve customer concerns in collaboration with support and operations teams.
  • Reporting & Forecasting:
    • Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership.
    • Track and report regional performance metrics (revenue, margins, conversion rates, etc.).
    • Utilize CRM to manage sales activities and ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:
    • Work closely with Solutions, Marketing, and local hardware teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
    • Provide field feedback to influence product development and service improvements.
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, setting clear KPIs and fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree or higher, preferably in science and technology, power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation.
  • Strong decision-making skills, able to make quick, accurate decisions and implement effective solutions in complex or urgent situations.
  • Some work experience with a basic understanding of the new energy market.
  • Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Clear team objectives, reasonable task allocation, team collaboration, willingness to travel overseas; overseas work experience is preferred.
