Kemin Industries is seeking a Sustainability Analyst Reporter, based in Veronella, Italy, to contribute to its ESG reporting and sustainability progress. You will collect and analyze ESG data, support data tooling, and drive reporting across the EMEA region in alignment with CSRD and other standards.

The role requires a strong data background, proficiency in Excel, and fluency in English. A permanent, full-time position with competitive benefits is offered in a collaborative, global environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in sustainability, environmental science, business, engineering, law, or a related field.
• Experience in sustainability reporting in a global organization is a plus.
• Knowledge of environmental footprint methodologies (e.g. GHG Protocol, LCA) and reporting frameworks (e.g. GRI) is required.
• Affinity with handling data and strong English language skills; other languages are a plus.

Mansioni

• Collect and analyze quantitative ESG data; ensure robust reporting and tracking of metrics.
• Support ESG data collection and consolidation for the EMEA region with compliance to legal requirements.
• Assist in non-financial reporting across departments and business units; contribute to global sustainability reports.
