Kedrion Biopharma is seeking a motivated intern to join the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team in Milano. You will help develop and continually improve Kedrion's risk management framework, collaborating with stakeholders across functions to assess, analyze and report on risk data in an international, regulated environment.

The role offers exposure to strategic and operational risks, with a monthly allowance and opportunities to contribute to governance processes and risk culture initiatives.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Management Engineering, Statistics or related fields.
• Master's students or recent graduates are preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of business processes and corporate governance.

Mansioni

• Support the annual Enterprise Risk Management cycle.
• Consolidate and analyze risk information from different business functions.
• Assist risk assessment workshops and interviews with business stakeholders.
• Maintain and update the corporate risk register.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis on risk-related data.
• Support monitoring of key risks and mitigation actions.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and governance bodies.
• Contribute to ERM methodologies, tools and documentation.
• Support project activities related to risk governance, risk culture and risk awareness initiatives.
