Project Manager – Project Delivery

Responsibilities

• Address commercial issues, manage correspondence, provide periodic updates, ensure customer satisfaction, and negotiate/co‑coordinate with staff as appropriate;
• Keep track in BH systems of all records and aspects of the project;
• Meet and enhance financial performance of the project, including cash flow, revenues and margin expansion;
• Secure on‑time delivery in accordance with contractual terms and conditions;
• Manage project risk, including financial exposure, claims, variation orders, LLs and effective closeout;
• Lead a project team in a matrix environment and initiate corrective actions where appropriate to ensure flawless execution;
• Build long‑term relationships with the customer based on accountability and trust;
• Create a positive and collaborative environment that enables teammates to perform at their best.

Qualifications

• Have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or an equivalent from an accredited university or college;
• Have work experience in a project execution environment in a complex technology market;
• Demonstrate good leadership and communication skills with fluency in English and Italian;
• Be a self‑starter, proactively identifying and solving problems;
• Show ability to drive and manage changes in an ambiguous scenario; candidates must be able to detect risks ahead and develop adaptive strategies/remedies;
• Demonstrate ability to work in a matrix organization;
