Il candidato selezionato si occuperà dello sviluppo e della gestione di progetti innovativi, lavorando a stretto contatto con diversi reparti. Si richiede laurea in ingegneria e esperienza nel settore. È richiesta anche una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e attitudine al problem-solving.

• Buona conoscenza dei principali processi di produzione industriale.
• Autonomia nell'analisi dei dati.

• Progettazione e sviluppo di attrezzature di produzione in linea con le strategie d'investimento.
• Supporto nelle fasi di industrializzazione definendo soluzioni tecniche innovative.
• Gestione dei progetti di investimento per la progettazione delle attrezzature.
• Analisi delle problematiche tecniche e proposta di soluzioni.
• Monitoraggio degli KPI di progetto per assicurare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi.
• Collaborazione con altri reparti aziendali per l'integrazione delle nuove attrezzature.

Job Description

• Our Manufacturing Engineering department in Nonantola is looking for a new resource to join our organization. The selected candidate will be involved in the development and design of new production equipment and systems, contributing to the definition, implementation, and monitoring of technical solutions in the field of equipment design, both through innovative technologies such as
• additive manufacturing (3D printing)
• and traditional methods. The role includes participation in short, medium, and long-term strategic projects, focused not only on defining investment strategies but also on driving
• daily continuous improvement
• of production processes, with the goal of achieving productivity, quality, and safety targets.

Main responsibilities

• Design and development of production equipment in line with investment strategies.
• Support industrialization phases by defining innovative technical solutions for production process optimization.
• Manage and monitor investment projects in the field of equipment design, coordinating suppliers, timing, and costs.
• Analyze technical issues and propose solutions using problem-solving methodologies and teamwork.
• Monitor project KPIs to ensure achievement of defined objectives.
• Collaborate with other company departments to ensure the proper integration of new equipment into existing processes.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has gained experience in structured manufacturing environments or in equipment / system design. The resource possesses solid knowledge in the field of equipment design and of the main industrial production processes. The candidate must also demonstrate a good level of autonomy in data analysis and project management.
• Preferred requirements :
• Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Management Engineering or related fields.
• Experience in the design of production equipment and systems.
• Knowledge of and interest in innovative technologies such as additive manufacturing (3D printing).
• Strong team-working and problem-solving attitude.
• Good command of the English language.
