Celonis seeks a senior leader to grow and direct a team of Enterprise Architects, translating strategic goals into actionable architecture plans for C-level clients. You will collaborate across Sales, Value Engineering, Product, Data Ops and Security to unblock blockers and enable scalable, secure implementations.

You will shape architecture, data and cloud strategy for large accounts and drive customer value through innovative solutions, while mentoring the team and representing Celonis in

Competenze

• 20+ years of experience with Enterprise Architects or technical teams in top consulting firms or software vendors.
• MSc in Computer Science or equivalent IT field.
• English fluency; additional languages a plus.

• Lead and hire a team of Enterprise Architects; mentor and coach staff.
• Act as executive sponsor in pre- and post-sales engagements with C-level clients.
• Shape architecture, data and cloud strategy for large accounts to drive modernization.

You collaborate across Sales, Value Engineering, Product, Data Ops and Security to unblock technical blockers and ensure scalable, secure implementations. You will shape architecture, data and cloud strategy for large accounts and drive impact through customer value and innovation.

• Act as executive sponsor in pre- and post-sales, presenting to C-levels
• Guide architecture to drive enterprise modernization and leverage emergent technologies
• Bridge product/engineering with client teams to ensure premier technical services
• Oversee IT landscape maturity assessments and coach account teams on architecture, integration, performance and scalability
• Develop reusable assets and thought leadership materials on architecture and innovation
• 20+ years of relevant experience with Enterprise Architects or technical teams in top consulting firms or software vendors
• Strategic thinking with ability to connect technical solutions to business value
• Excellent written and verbal communication with C-level engagement experience
• Deep Enterprise Architecture expertise in Capability Mapping, Enterprise Modernization, and Agentic AI
• Strong data architecture, system integrations, data operations, automation, and data languages (SQL, Python)
• Cloud-native architectures and SaaS ecosystem experience; cybersecurity basics; API ecosystems; classic on-prem architectures
• MSc in Computer Science or equivalent IT field
