Kids&Us Language School in Bologna is seeking an English teacher to join our team. This fixed-term, part-time role (7 hours per week) involves delivering dynamic classes using our natural-language method, tracking student progress, and fostering strong relationships with families and colleagues.

Fluency in English (C2) is required, with a positive, energetic approach to inspire children. Teaching experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Hours

7 hours per week (Courses run in the late afternoons (Mon–Thu) and on Saturday mornings. Teachers work in 2–3 hour scheduled shifts, with contract hours distributed across these days.)

Your role

What you need

• Full Proficiency in English (C2 level) - Even when working with very young learners, our teachers are expected to use fluent, natural, and idiomatic English.
• Positive attitude and energy to inspire children
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required
• Previous experience in theater, animation, arts, music etc. is a plus, but not required
• Mandatory: Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record

Salary

We offer a salary aligned with CCNL ANINSEI (level 5). The gross annual salary (full-time equivalent of 23 hours per week) starts from €20,665 and will be proportionally adjusted based on the agreed working hours.
