The role requires 3+ years at a top-tier firm, a Master's in Engineering, and fluency in Italian and English. Hybrid working arrangement in Turin, with a competitive base salary and bonuses.

Competenze

• 3+ years of professional experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm or equivalent.
• Strong quantitative and structured problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to influence partners and executives.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Independently manage end-to-end project executions with a team of up to 3.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and identify opportunities for relationship development.
• Foster a high-performance culture within the team and guide junior colleagues.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders and present practical recommendations.
• Work as project manager in dynamic contexts and provide operational support with engineering-based problem solving.
• Contribute ideas to develop the Strategy in Action tech and consulting approaches.
