Allegro sp. z o.o. is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Delivery Experience Backend Team in a hybrid Warsaw-based setup.

You will guide a four-person backend engineering and testing squad through a strategic migration to JVM/Kotlin on a GCP stack, while maintaining core carrier APIs and enabling external integrations with parcel lockers and partners. You will translate business goals into technical plans, drive architecture discussions, and partner with stakeholders to reduce cross-team

Competenze

• Strong backend development background with either .NET or Java
• Experience leading a backend engineering team through a technology stack transformation
• Ability to translate business needs into technical tasks and drive results
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
• Hands-on when needed and comfortable with on-call duties
• Product mindset with experience scaling critical APIs
