The role requires a professional with a technical background and experience across development, permitting, and procurement, capable of maintaining a holistic view of projects and coordinating with other departments to secure successful project technical definition.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact between the company and external engineering partners, ensuring deliverables comply with technical standards, deadlines, and business objectives.
  • Review and validate technical documentation, including layouts and feasibility studies, prepared by external consultants.
  • Monitor project schedules, track progress against milestones, and address deviations proactively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Development, Procurement, Construction, EPC) to align technical requirements with project needs.
  • Provide technical support for permitting processes, land assessments, and procurement‑related activities.
  • Guarantee consistency and standardization of technical documentation across projects.
  • Identify potential risks (technical, regulatory, commercial, or scheduling) and recommend mitigation measures.
  • Report on project progress, ensuring clear communication and efficient problem resolution with all stakeholders.
  • Contribute to process improvements and knowledge transfer within the Engineering department.

  • Design Software skills: PVsyst, Autocad, PVcase,…
  • Previous experience managing or collaborating with external engineering service providers.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and technical support in contract negotiations.
  • Understanding of regulatory and permitting frameworks in renewable energy sector.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills, with ability to work across departments and with external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English; Italian will be valued. Spanish desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience in managing deadlines and project schedules.
