Job summary

Mytilineos is seeking an Energy Originator to help grow its solar and BESS revenue by originating and negotiating long-term PPAs. You will stay ahead of market developments across Europe, especially Italy and Spain, and promote new products to accelerate the pipeline.

You’ll support tenders, client dialogues and scenario analyses to inform decisions. You will also oversee customer origination activities in PV and BESS clusters, aligning with the group’s strategic objectives at a global FTSE 100

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in energy trading, renewables energy market or PPA origination in Italian and/or other European markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables and macros) and Power Paint.
• Italian and English knowledge is required; Spanish is a plus.
• Strategic, commercial and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask and work with a hands-on approach.

As Energy Originator, you will help grow Metlen’s solar and BESS revenue portfolio by originating and negotiating long-term PPAs. You will stay ahead of PPA market developments across Europe, especially Italy and Spain, and promote new products to accelerate the pipeline.
