You will work closely with companies at the forefront of innovation and you will assist our clients throughout their digital transformation process. You will be involved in large‑scale disruption projects for major Italian and international clients.

• Governance of the business process mapping and re‑engineering project
• Organisational analysis and design
• Project and change management
• Target operating model design

Skills

• A master’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Energy Engineering
• Passion and a strong desire to transform and impact our clients’ experience
• An excellent knowledge of English, ideally with study and/or work experience abroad
• Good project management skills
