Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Energy Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Buyer or Energy Specialist roles.
• Experience in a multi-site or multi-plant industrial environment.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of energy markets and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with energy contracts, renewable energy sourcing, and sustainability programs.
• Knowledge of electricity and natural gas markets.
• Experience working in international organizations.
• SAP or equivalent ERP knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for electricity, natural gas, fuels, and energy-related services across multiple production sites.
• Support energy procurement activities, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and contract management.
• Monitor energy markets, regulatory developments, and industry trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Evaluate and implement purchasing strategies aimed at mitigating energy price volatility and improving cost predictability.
• Manage supplier relationships and conduct periodic business reviews.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities related to energy costs.
• Contribute to sustainability initiatives, renewable energy sourcing, and decarbonization projects.
• Work closely with Finance and Risk Management functions to assess procurement options and hedging opportunities where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and applicable energy regulations.
