International Schools Partnership Limited in Alessandria, Italy seeks an educator to plan lessons, prepare materials, and maintain grade books with the Academic Coordinator and psychologist. You will support students with academic or behavioral needs and engage with parents during meetings.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the Psychology Department, safeguarding, and participation in ISP programs and school activities. Fluency in English is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related fields.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in education.

Mansioni

• Plan lessons in advance and send plans via email to the Head of Level and Academic Coordinator.
• Prepare and organize the necessary materials for classes.
• Fulfill the objectives outlined in the general plans distributed at the beginning of the year.
• Maintain the grade book up to date and enter grades by deadlines.
• Design and prepare monthly assessments for each topic.
• Grade all assigned work.
• Collaborate with the Psychology Department to support students with academic or behavioral issues.
• Work with the Academic Coordinator and psychologist to support students with special needs, including gifted learners.
• Attend meetings with teachers, academic coordinators, and assistant principals.
• Attend institutional workshops and participate in parent meetings and special activities.
