A leading consultancy firm is seeking an Employment & Social Inclusion Specialist based in Pescara, Italy. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in microfinance and social impact instruments, and a Master's Degree. Fluency in both English and Italian is required. NTU International A / S

is leading a consortium for the preparation of proposal for the EIB project: ESF+ ERDF EU wide market assessment studies for the 2028+ Programming Period and is searching for non-key experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.

Overall objective

of the project is building on the long-standing cooperation between the EC and EIB, and the vast experience accumulated in the context of fi-compass on the implementation of FIs, the present assignment aims at providing support to the 27 EU MS and relevant MAs in the justification and design of FIs to be financed by EU funding instruments under shared management in the 2028+ programming period.

Requirements

Education at least Master’s Degree level or higher, ≥ 8 years with microfinance and social-impact instruments. Familiarity with social economy networks and impact measurement. Prior ESF or EASI experience. Very good command of English and Italian.
