A leading consulting firm is seeking an Employee Relations & Policies Specialist in Milano, Italy. This mid-senior level role requires expertise in HR policies and labor relations. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in a multinational environment, strong knowledge of Italian labor legislation, and proficiency in English. Responsibilities include managing employee situations, supporting union relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. This is a full-time position within the Human Resources function.

Competenze

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in Labor Relations in a multinational company.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and HR practices.
  • Ability to handle and resolve employee complaints.

Mansioni

  • Provide expertise on HR policies to HR representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expertise on HR policies as a subject matter expert, supplying support to HR representatives in interpreting and implementing HR policies
  • Assist HR Partners and business in managing routine Employee situations, critical specific misconduct issues and Employees
  • Collaborate in investigation matters connected to all kinds of violations
  • Manage specific aspects of program and change management, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the team, contribute to ER projects and initiatives
  • Support in managing the health monitoring process of the Employees and managing Union relations low complexity topics
Job Qualifications we are waiting for you
  • Minimum of 4 years experience related in Labor Relations acquired in a multinational company with complex organizations
  • Knowledge of Italian labor legislation, union and works council protocols, Human Resources practices, including handling and resolving Employees complaints
  • Experience in relationships with works councils and trade unions, including drafting agreements and leading negotiations with low complexity
  • Master’s degree preferably in legal or economic disciplines Proficiency in English both in speaking and writing
