A multinational technology company is seeking an Employee Relations Manager based in Italy. This full-time role involves supporting the execution of employee relations strategies, delivering goals across operational lines, and requires substantial travel (up to 50%). The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in employee relations or law and possess fluency in both Italian and English. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential, along with experience in project management.
Due to the nature of the travel, the base location is flexible in Italy. The Employee Relations Manager (ERM) is an important role within the EU EXR (Employee Experience and Relations) Field organization, supporting the Country EXR team. This position assists in driving ER activities and initiatives across on the road (OTR) operational business lines within a specific country geography. The primary focus is to support EXR operational excellence, goals, and strategy while addressing the ER needs of the country. The ER Manager works closely with Ops, DSPM and other key in-country stakeholders to support the execution of the country-specific ER strategy. This role involves assisting in the implementation of strategies to address country labour relations challenges for business lines. The ERM provides labour relations support by collaborating with operational teams to advance company objectives. The position reports to the Senior Employee Relations Manager AMZL IT, within the EU Employee Experience and Relations Team at Amazon. This is a full-time position that will require significant travel throughout Italy (up to 50% of the time) and beyond on occasion, sometimes with little or no notice.
