This role involves meeting sales budgets, guiding resource allocation, and collaborating with regional teams to optimize product positioning. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial experience in healthcare and proven leadership across countries. They should be a self-starter with a focus on results and the ability to build effective relationships within a matrix organization.

Competenze

• Strong commercial/sales experience in the healthcare industry, at country and regional level.
• Proven senior leadership experience across different countries.
• Proven track record of creating and executing GTM plans toward sales objectives.

Mansioni

• Develop commercial actions to meet sales budgets and support customer service.
• Define EMEA strategy and ambition in line with Global Platform goals.
• Support the strategic planning process for product’s Platform in EMEA.
• Define price strategy and product positioning for each market.
• Act as a pivotal figure between regional functions and HQ.
• Supervise industry & market trends to inform leadership.
